Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on the bdt platform, users must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Each individual may only create one account, and registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date, as providing false information may result in account suspension or termination. Users are solely responsible for the security of their account and should never share their password with any third party. Any unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
All transactions on the bdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and local payment methods are supported. Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activities and may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. We reserve the right to investigate any account and place a hold on funds if fraudulent transactions or money laundering are suspected. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts will be determined in accordance with platform guidelines and may change from time to time.
Gaming Rules & Fair Use
All games on the bdt platform are operated fairly and transparently, with results determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The use of bots, automation software, or any form of manipulation to play games is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. Any attempt to exploit bonuses by using multiple accounts will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the platform's logs and records will serve as the final evidence. We reserve the right to update game rules at any time, and changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers on bdt come with specific wagering requirements, which should be read carefully before accepting any offer. To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering amount must be met; failure to meet this requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times or abusing the bonus system is prohibited. Each promotion has a set validity period, and any unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
Users are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the bdt platform, and the platform bears no liability for compensation. We are not responsible for inconveniences caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party issues, though we will always strive to resolve such problems. Any disputes must first be addressed through our customer service team. Applicable laws of Bangladesh will govern dispute resolution, and both parties will endeavor to reach a resolution through negotiation. In the event of changes to these terms, we will publish a notice on the platform, and continued use of the platform after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
Account Closure & Restrictions
In cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or any other misconduct, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Any legitimate funds in a closed account will be returned after verification is complete; however, funds may be forfeited in cases of fraud. Users may also request to close their own account at any time and may opt into self-exclusion under our responsible gaming policy.
